Before any construction starts, the ground works are laid.
At M.A.Skinner LTD, our Building Contractors carry out Ground Work in order to prepare the Sub-Services for the start of work. This includes; Foundations, Trenching, Reinstatement, as well as Sub-Structure, Sewer and Basement Construction and more.
We can do this for you in West Mersea and in Essex. Throughout the work we'll conduct a Ground Investigation and a Site Clearance so that we can identify any potential issues and clear out the site.

"Mark and his team were very helpful from the very start and all the way through. Mark & Craig helped me decide on the details of the job and the finish that would suit the large new driveway and a professional quotation was quickly issued.
Once work commenced, which was very soon after, the team were very tidy and friendly and kept me informed during the job. The weather held up the final finish but it was better to wait and it wasn't an inconvenience at all as the drive was fully in use during that time. The initial groundwork and Concreting was completed very quickly.
