Firstly delivering to an incorrect address and secondly sending us different sized appliance equipment. This added on more weeks but then flooring company ( which we got in ) messed us about also. Finally when all done Mark and his team came in and finished off little jobs here and there and cleaned away after themselves. All in all a very good team and hard working, even with loads of set backs through no fault of their own. Highly recommend."

"The bathroom project ended up being a lot trickier than we all first expected! Bad plumbing, dodgy electrics and a damp problem all needed to be sorted before the new suite could go in.
Mark's team were great at keeping me updated and very patient when the bathroom supplier kept messing me about. Overall I'm dead chuffed."

"Mark and his team did a great job for us which started with knocking a kitchen wall down and ended up re-tiling, new kitchen work surface and various plumbing & electrical works.
We were very happy with everything. The team were all very nice and professional. We would definitely recommend them!

"Initial meeting we found Mark to be a very pleasant, down to earth gentleman. Mark was very understanding that it was our first time, as well as patient with getting details of what we wanted, and using the plans we had been given from the architect. He came back with a very reasonable price for the build and had tradesmen to call on for things like plastering, painting, electrics, scaffolding, and plumbing which were extra costs.
As we both work during the day we entrusted him with being key holders to the property to carry out the job and help themselves to tea. As the job commenced we came across many a problem such as high content of lime in our mortar causing lots of dust, no mantels above our windows, which almost squashed Mark. This didn't deter Mark or Lee ( his assistant, ) and they carried on regardless battling on. The build itself, even with added problems went up really quickly and other tradesmen were in and starting within 5 weeks. But we came across more problems due to kitchen suppliers messing up our order.
