"There is so much to think about when you’re planning a project, no matter what the size, if only I’d realised sooner just how much Mark could help with.
He was fairly priced, did a great job, no nasty surprises, nothing was too much trouble and he can help with anyone else you might need along the way, which really helps reduce the worry of these projects.
Next stop for us…extension…and I know who I’ll be contacting when the time comes.

"Mark and his team did a great job of laying a grey sand stone patio in my garden. The lads were all very friendly and polite.
Mark was easy to communicate with, and was very responsive to any questions I had and nothing was much trouble.

"Mark and his team were very helpful from the very start and all the way through. Mark & Craig helped me decide on the details of the job and the finish that would suit the large new driveway and a professional quotation was quickly issued.
Once work commenced, which was very soon after, the team were very tidy and friendly and kept me informed during the job. The initial groundwork and Concreting was completed very quickly.
The final result looks amazing and I'm getting many compliments. I have no hesitation in recommending M.A. Skinner. A very professional company."

"I hired Mark, Craig and their team to remove a load bearing wall. The quoted price was very reasonable and during the works being carried out, several more large structural jobs were discovered.
Mark and Craig guided me throughout the process, and even ensured the works were inspected and certified by the Council. A truly professional team with a multitude of building skills to accomplish any job, I could not be more grateful for their superb expertise and reliability.
I would definitely hire them for any future building works and highly recommend them to anyone."
